Latency Spkes

Im experiencing strong latency spikes up to 10kms in the performance monitor.

I cant really break it down to much because it seems pretty random but I have the suspicion it has to do with entering certain areas.

Even though other times when I enter the same area its fine.

CPU: Intel Core i7-11700F 2.50GHz
RAM: 32GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060


I did a short recording of me standing afk in a map and my ping spiking to about 200-300ms id be happy to provide. Dont know where to upload/send it right now.

same here, most of the times everything works fine and sometimes in some maps or areas ( without me doing something, or even complete map cleared) ping goes up a lot.

just crossposting since I saw you are using Telekom as well, I was able to solve my issues with a VPN.

Maybe it works for you as well, let me know!

I tried it with and without VPN but the Problem doesnt seem to go away.

Its also not ISP related as far as I can tell.
The packet loss occurs at latest hops with are routers in Frankfurt.

But even when I tried Amsterdam for example:

It doesnt look very different though I cant tell to whoom those 10.x Addresses belong (private Network).

The destination in Frankfurt (185.225.208.105) and the previous 2 hops belong to UK2 Group which is probably where POE hosts their servers?

I cant troubleshoot this any further since the packet loss occurs outside my own network and outside of my ISP aswell.

At this point I need someone from tech support to either report this matter to their hosting service or help me figure out any other steps I could take.
