Intravenous Mageblood MTX not showing flask border

Intravenous Mageblood skin doesnt show its efect on the flasks.

I found a workaround by taking the flask off and putting them on again. One by one. That seems to work. and allows you to do this

ive only done 2 to show that you need to fix all flasks individually.
BUT, once you change zones. Be it a map, Hideout, Campaign area, doesnt matter. The effect disappears again.

I have a celestial foiled one this league. But i testes in standard where i have a normal foiled one. And there it doesnt work either. Maybe it works on a non foiled one but i dont have one to test it.

Same happened with the new Adorned jewel a few days ago. Where you had to resocket it to make it have its effect. Possibly connected?

I have this problem too. Tested the non-foiled version in standard and can confirm it is also bugged.
