Flasks don't get charges. Is there any reason for that?

There is mod called drought which causes "cannot gain flask charges"
Id imagine this disables all sources of flasks gained. |

Flasks do get charges, I literally just did the fight earlier today on my Pathfinder.
What doesn't work is any Flask Enchant, so "Flasks are used when full" or "Flasks are re-used at the end of their effect" If you aren't gaining ANY charges at all, then you have to have chosen the drought modifier and just not noticed. ~4345 22/11/2024
