Alternative leveling

Hello! First, I love the game. I'm already used to nerfs. I have only one problem. I've been playing since Synthesis league. I have at least two or three characters in every league. I'm now at the point where I feel like I wouldn't be able to go through the campaign again. An alternative leveling option is needed. Like in endless dvelve. Whatever, just be different. I know PoE2 is coming, but something is needed!

It would be half as bad if there weren't those speed bumps (like the whole act 2 situation, where you have to go back, forth, etc...) in the campaign.

Streamlining the campaign so it can be done from A to Z in one go alone would help a lot.

Also it should be made clear which quests are worth doing it (= giving skill points) and which not. Alternatively skill points could be given out at the end of each act (2 per act + remaining skill points as "bonus" for completing the campaign).

Design issue with the game here is: game is 100% about the end game but campaign is designed as if it was to be taken seriously. Thats similar to "leaky abstraction" or an "impedance mismatch".

They did endless delve events in the past, you know? IMO, that got old very fast.
The problem with the campaign for a long time has been that it is too easy to complete it, which leads to such misconceptions:

That is not the case. Campaign IS to be taken seriously. Without the campaign you miss out on:

3 Ascendancies
22 skill points + a potential powerful bandit quest reward, depending on build
(24 skill points when killing all the bandits)
20 skill refund points
Earlier access to (some) skill gems, depending on character class

Sure, there is a lot more endgame than there is campaign, because it is much easier tacking something on at the end instead of in between.

However, many of the really good players (the ones who kill Übers on day 2 or 3 of a new league) could argue that you also don't need maps below red tier, and please add an alternative way of levelling characters and fill the atlas because doing all those useless white and yellow maps is too tedious and really, they don't need to be taken seriously.
However, the fact that they CAN reach Übers in a matter of days also indicates that completing the campaign isn't that much of an effort.

As for the question which quests are "worth it" - enable the quest tracker and you see which ones are necessary and which ones are optional.
Print out this list or have it on your second screen or whatever
https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Passive_skill#Passive_skill_points_as_quest_rewards to see which quests give skill points.

Done.

Reduce it to 1 per league and you'll go through the campaign 3-4 times per year.
If they would allow me to pay to skip campaign on my next characters, I would. Even tho Campaign takes me 5h max.
