Poisonberry tincture

So what's the point having "all damage can poison", when player still need find chance to poison? Without using tincture ppl still need find chance to poison. What's the different creating pointless tincture?

Only physical and chaos damage are able to inflict poison. With "all damage can poison" fire, cold and lightning damage can also poison. You can use high elemental damage weapons in a poison build.
