Map boss did not drop divines from Eater of Worlds altar

My wife and I were running a t16 Sepulcre map, and came across an Eater of Worlds altar that gave the map boss 61% of maximum life as extra maximum energy shield and that it would drop 4 additional Divine Orbs.

We killed the boss, and it did not drop any Divines. I've uploaded a screenshot to Imgur (not sure how to upload one here), showing "0 monsters remain" and "Map Complete" in the top right corner, the Eater altar modifiers in the bottom right, the total of the drops by the boss on the ground, and the bug report reference number, which is 2,452,778,423.

Our filter is definitely not hiding divines, as we had one drop earlier in the map.

For the bug itself. A wide guess is the boss is actually coded as 2 monsters to mimic "phasing", so that either the divine is dropped into the not accessible area, or one of the boss' "phase" is not counting as map boss at all.

Thank you for the heads up on the url, I'll keep that in mind for the future.

As for the boss, this Doedre variant had a second "mode" or "phase". I don't remember them all well enough to know if all of them do, but this one started out as thin, opaque Doedre and then progressed to the fat, semi-translucent version. We killed it in that second, fat/translucent phase, so your guess may very well be right.

I've never seen a Divine Orb as a flat out reward from an Eldritch Altar, let alone four, so it would really be a bummer if that was the case. Maybe this report gets that looked at in the future.
