Latency issues

I've experienced strange latency issues. Every few locations I get between few hundred to few thousand latency. When I return to previous location and create new instance the ping is going back to normal. I haven't played poe in a long time, but I've never experienced problems like this.

I'm still doing campaign and if something like this happens on the maps. One map out of several will be a waste. Also, doing a labyrinth with something like this is painfull. During Cruel lab I had to reset 5 times because every 3/4 locations I was getting 2k ping.

Do you also have something like that?
