Missing Sanctum challenge totem

I was redecorating my hideout and planned on adding my challenge totems to it. Turns out my Sanctum trophy is now there. Is there any way to fix this?

If you're certain it's missing, email support with some supporting evidence, both that you did unlock it and that you don't have it.
