What do flask values on wiki mean ?

I was looking to craft a diamon flask with "warding" on it. I've spent 1000 alts so far without a whiff of it showing up. The wiki shows these stats for it
utility_flask 0 default 3000 What do these spawn weightings actually mean - that it can't spawn ? Wiki does not show it as a legacy suffix. Last bumped on Jan 13, 2024, 11:01:42 AM

Yes. As of 3.16, "of Warding" cannot be rolled on utility flasks.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

" "Default" means that this is the weighting for the modifier if no other weight categories match. The absence of a "Default" weight implies a default weight of 0. "utility_flask 0" means that this modifier will not roll on utility flasks. It isn't a legacy modifier because life/mana/hybrid flasks can still roll this suffix. Utility flasks can instead roll modifiers that reduce curse effect during the flask's effect. An "of the Owl" suffix gets you ~60% reduced curse effect during the flask's effect, for example. | |
