Delirium influenced map with ultimatum

With what I could observe, if you take a ultimatum, that need you to stay on the circle to spawn "infinite" monster, makes it possible for you to acumulate kills for the counter of delirium rewards. I don't know if there is a limit but this could be used to exploit delirium.
