Crash in delirium Courtyard map

Was at the boss on a magic courtyard map that had 20% delirium (cant quite remember other mods.. can't inflict exposure and another). An error box popped up and the game crashed. logged back in and my char was no longer in hc affliction. Char name BecauseYoureMine if there's any chance of putting him back in HC would be appreciated but maybe you don't do that.... Alas
