Affliction spectres lost after entering "capture the flag" arena for Achievement helping

So someone needed help with getting the achievement for doing capture the flag pvp.
I joined him party to help him and out, and then right as the pvp started, all my auras/minions were turned off.
And as result, I lost all my affliction vendor bought spectres. and they are worth close to 20 divines in trade league as of now.
These spectres were gone, checked in hideout/other area, nothing. all gone.
Could you address this?
