Stuck in a load screen

i was playing today then wait im stay too long time afk on my hideout my game crash, when im trying to connect now im stuck forever im a load screen.
already uninstall and install again, have try vulkan and direct X, and still in a infinity load screen on Highgate, im playing on steam

Exactly the same thing happens to me, since the last patch in June it stopped going. I enter the game, load the character and it gets stuck on the loading screen with the music playing. I have cleared the cache, verified the files and even uninstalled the game. Nothing works, no official solution has come out nor does there seem to be anyone trying to solve it.

Without a doubt, terrible management on the part of the technical support. Many blame it on the Nvidia cards, but it makes no sense that it works on one PC and not on another with the same components.
