CONSTANT unexpected disconnect error

I have the official client and trying to diagnose a way to see why Im constantly disconnecting. All my drivers are up to date, I have a AMD 5800x3d and RTX 3070. My server ping is in the low 30s.

Any type of diagnostic tool I can run to help isolate the issue? I've tried changing from predictive to lockstep and still getting stutters and unexpected dc
