Game crash.

Hello, me and my Friend were doing Crystal Ore Tier 13
We met Ghor Beyond Boss, and during ritual, Ghor were growing up massively to the size, we saw only his foots at the screen..
After few seconds, both games mine and my friends closed (we lost 2 portals)
Then we rejoin map, and comes to kill him after failured ritual.
We tried to kill him without ritual buffs..
But after 20seconds of fighting him, both games closed again.. (lost another 2 portals, but it doesnt matter)

We are confused what's the problem..
