Low fps until i restart pc fps goes high

Hi freshly build pc for POE.

Amd ryzen 7800x3d
Gigabyte mobo
Gigabyte rtx 4070 windforce oc
Trident ddr 6000 32g
Lian li AIO and fans
Psu 850 watt


First log in on POE very low fps 40-50 but when i restart PC my fps 200-280 fps.
What could be the problem? I dont want to keep reatarting pc after i lon into game.


Please i need answers

I've had the same issue lately. Ever since the last update 3.25. Before that everything worked perfectly well.
