Tab Migration Changes Premium to Non-P and vice versa

Had no standard ruthless characters/tabs.

Ended ruthless affliction league with 8+ "sell" tabs in a sell folder, which were all premium with prices set.

3 of them stayed premium with their prices.
5 changed to normal tabs. Instead, some of my empty tabs which I hadn't been using were set to premium instead.

WHY.

WHY would you change which tabs were premium (and thus remove their prices)? Why wouldn't the tabs migrate as-is?
