"Detonate Mines is triggered while moving" mastry removes "D" detonate binding?

I took the mastry "Detonate Mines is triggered while moving" and I can no longer detonate by pushing "D"

Is this intended? I cant stand still during some encounters to stack and detonate without moving? I get the left click unbinding but why remove the "D" bind?

Click on the spot on which you are standing for a microscopic movement that will detonate?

I don't know the answer to your question and it probably makes sense that they should have left it in as a second option, but by the same token it hardly seems a problem worthwhile of a solution beyond that which already exists.

Looking for more of a "yea this was a mistake" or "No this is intended" but thank you for adding your opinion. Judging by all the complaints with no official answer Ill look at a different build and try to refund the mtx's for mine skills cause they are poop.

I honestly can't imagine that this was a carefully considered decision on GGG's part, and was made by somebody who doesn't play mines, or only tried it with a meta like hexblast and went, yeah, this is still fine.

It's GOT to be an oversight. They might have simply thought we don't NEED that button anymore since we spent a passive to "auto" detonate, and didn't consider how horrible it will be for bossing.

They basically created a system in which you can't do any DPS while standing still (and you are ALWAYS standing still while throwing), and you can't hit something that moves around a lot. Imagine having to do a little wiggle every time an endgame boss happens to be standing on your mines, and you're in a little pocket of safe area avoiding all of the mechanics. It's unplayably bad.

I imagine this will be addressed in the first patch.

This is the dumbest thing I have seen them do. I don't want to press D when no one else has to for a skill to be used. What was wrong with left click?
