Bug Bandit Quest Game Crash and no bandit buff after the quest end

My game crashed at the end of the quest when I talked to Kraityn, and I think I didn't receive the buff from Kraityn (the movement speed buff does not appear in the character's defense panel )

Furthermore, with the /passives command, I don't see any information related to the quest.
