Latency Spikes on specific servers (reproducable) (Bug Number 1.912.794.736)

Host Server specific lag spikes. Creating a new instance alsways fixes it.
Doe shappen on ALL servers (England, France, Germany (Complete Europe and complete US tested)).
Multiple Occurrences already reported but not worke don from GG because it was said it was not a Bug.

The behaviour although indicates a server side issue regarding timing (Server Microcrashes [→because of this it has the tag "Crash"]), protocol or even hardware incompatibility of badly chosen hardware for the game on some servers.

Please fix it GGG.
