please fix fps

i never had a problem but past 2 league my fps have been unplayable specialy this league like been in town i legit go down to 5fps idk why this never happend and when im playing its 20fps, can we please have like a toster mode for people the just want to play i was hoping poe2 you needed good pc but please keep poe1 for low end pc friendly its never been this bad i just want play but is so unmotivatin i think its all the new spell effects? or something like when the grave digger comes to the portal i legit think his portal is making me drop fps like crazy legit 5fps when i have the portal on the screen there so many spell effects the just make me drop frames now there never used to happend please just have a low end pc mode idc what the game looks like im legit playin at 800x900 resolution or w/e the lowest is but still dropping fps just have 1 dev to make the spells effects not drop fps please i beg i beg
