Sulphite pile spawned on top of the crafting recipe in Flooded Mine, crafting recipe uncollectable

Since a Nico sulphite vein spawned in the same exact tile as the crafting recipe in Flooded Mine, I was unable to click on the crafting recipe to collect it no matter what I tried. Even after the sulphite was clicked and collected.
