Chat alerts volume

Hello,

I have issue with Chat.

Even with the Chat Alert Volume at maximum, I can barely hear the chat alert sounds when there is nothing going on in the game. I am using the same sounds as last league. Other alerts have lower volume and are louder than chat at maximum.

There is no issue with my computer, other applications don't have problems with volume.

This makes trading difficult. I don't hear when someone texting to me.
