Convert breaks the game?

Me and my friend were running some maps trying to invent methods since the league start. I don't know what caused this exactly but i think its convert on the lantern which says "Convert on death" but i might be mistaken .Here is an image what it looks like.https://ibb.co/z4XYSMZ .I also have a video record of it if need be.
