Item stuck under Nameless Seer

I had the nameless seer appear in one of my maps thanks to a devoted modifier on a pack of mobs.

However, there was a scarab that for some reason that I couldn't pick up. After pressing ctrl-z to remove my loot filter it appeared that the Scarab and other rares were underneath the seer themself.

Same issue on SSF. Last rare monster dropped several currency items underneath the nameless seer.
