Crashing to Desktop upon leaving map an Omen in the Inventory

If I leave a map with an Omen in my Inventory that triggers upon falling below a certain life threshold my client crashes to desktop without displaying an error message.

This only happens on my char that reserved almost all of his life pool and therefore technically would trigger the Omen. I did not have this problem on my other character that used its health globe in the traditional way.

Can verify it's happening to me as well. twice in the same map when i take the portal to leave. game crashes and consumes all the omens in my inventory. both times i had Omen of Death Dancing in inventory.
