[Domination Scarab of Terrors] Bug or intended?

When using strategy with this scarab normal modifiers from altars apply to every boss except scarab rewards which only affect main boss. It is not even OP because scarab rewards are so rare
Harvest league FTW ( not the garden! ) - Unique way of achieving crafts, just add window to hideout comers to click on station, they add item, pick craft, click craft, on seller window pops out to confirm - WOW INSANELY HARD TO IMPLEMENT.
