Please help - Alva won't allow temple to open

0 incursions remaining, but can't open temple. It's not in her dialogue options either. I'm visiting her in act 7. She also doesn't provide an option to invite her to my hideout, which I suppose is another bug.

I've specced quite heavily into Alva in the Atlas, and for the past several maps she has stopped spawning (yes I'm using the correct atlas) so this is hugely detrimental to my farming.

And yet another bug, Alva won't appear in my maps at all despite having 0 incursions remaining. I expect her to continue to appear in maps regardless of how many incursions remaining there are. I do not wish to run the temple, I only want her in the maps.

Update - found her (hiding) in my hideout. But that leaves two bugs:

Why can't I access the temple by talking to her in act 7? Yes yes I know it requires opening portals but novel idea! <teleport me to a new area for this exact purpose when talking to her in act 7> -- this is not newbie friendly AT ALL!

Why isn't Alva spawning in maps just because the temple is 'ready'? I'll repeat - I have no desire to do the temple, I just want her in maps.
