Back to basics prevents Scarab from applyinig to Map

The Influencing Scarab of Conversion is falsely not beeing used when allocating the Back to Basics atlas Passive Keystone.
Beeing able to drop Shaper Guardian, Elder Guardian Conqueror or Unique Synthersised Maps is neither extra Content that is added to the Map nor is it applying an Influence to the Map.
