[Bug] Call to Arms not supporting Warcries from belts

Hi,
Warcries from belts - such as Rallying Cry on an Elder Influence Belt, can be normally supported by gems like "Second Wind", however the Call to Arms gem does not work with them. Based on the fact that other supports work, and the wording on Call to Arms, which never specifies a "gem" but rather a "skill". I'm assuming that this is a bug. Please fix, this was literally the reason for these belts to exist in the first place :(
