Heist opening small chests and putting down artillery ballista lags the character

After opening a chest in heist, when dropping ballistas directly after and moving, for like 1-2 times the character glitches and skips to new positions.

In the video, when opening the first chest, nothing happens, but using Artillery ballista will then glitch/stutter my character for a bit.

Im in Frankfurt, performance is fine, no visual stutter and network is fine.
