Invisible Buff Effect Bug?

I purchased two invisible buff effect MTX's and am unable to apply both to Molten Shell and Dread Banner at the same time. I can apply them individually with a different skill, however it will not allow me to apply the skin to both abilities at the same time. Example being when I have the skin applied to banner, when I try to apply it to molten shell as well, the banner skin is then removed.

I did manage to get both working, looks like it must have taken a restart for me to be able to apply the effect to both skills
