Frequent instance crashes past few days

I've been having a ton of instance crashes since Friday, about 1 in 8 maps are lost.

I play on the South African Server but none of my other friends are experiencing this issue. The only things that have changed from before I started getting the crashes is that I switched my build to flicker strike and most of the instance crashes happen when I jump into a pack

I have no idea what to do at this point, I have tried playing on a different server, verified my files on steam and restarted my pc multiple times.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The same is happening for me, the instance (on Frankfurt) crashes and I'm sent back to the login screen
