BUG/Crash - Omen of Death-Dancing still crashes if Low Life

This is a bug that was active during ToTA league and never fixed.

Really would be great if it got fixed.

When running a Low Life build, with almost all life reserved (meaning you're under the threshold of the Omen already), and porting back to you hideout; the game just crashes - not an instance crash, but just a game crash.
When getting back into the game; the omen is now gone as well.

They're effectively useless for LL builds on top of the crashes and you can't even pick them up to use on some other build and/or sell them.
