Sudden Disconnect and all my map portals are gone

I was going through Lookout Map and I got Disconnected suddenly. Only error message I got said there's a sudden disconnection. When I logged back in, all my map portals are gone. Luckily I was not using some expensive scarabs, but this is still a waste of my resources. This is the first time this happened, as in all previous leagues, my portals were preserved in the event of a sudden disconnect.

EDIT:
I got disconnected a third time, and as per the previous two instances, my portals are gone. The error message this time was (paraphrased) "Operation could not be completed because of something about account/instance ownership". It happened when I portaled back into my hideout to sell something to another player.
