Homepage CSS not working

Hello,

I have a problem loading the homepage. Looks CSS is not working. I googled it and one raddit said about check 'web.poecdn.com' site, and that also doesn't work.
It said web site is not secure. I capture the picture uploading image button also doesn't work.

Because homepage not working, I cannot trade search or other things.
Is it my computer problem? Is there something I can try ?
