Major Lag spikes on Aussie servers?

I've confirmed in multiple ways my internet is working perfectly, checked in 4 other games, cant play PoE right now due to huge lag spikes

They will never fix this, dont get your hopes. I switched to internet speed with 300 mbit/sec , got the best internet cable , all my games run with latency/ping 20-30 , only POE jumps up from 30 to 800 , every freaking day . No solution here , it has been like this for years .
