Essence doesn't have at least 1 essence of highest possible tier

The essence spawned on a yellow beast, I do have the "Amplified Energies" atlas notable allocated, also running Essence scarab of Ascent and Calcification. Short of it is there is supposed to be a deafening essence in there.
