Please fix Stormbind

if you tapping stormbind -> ruinblast -> stormbind -> ruinblast(hold down) then you will notice that you cant channel runblast, instead you look like you are tapping ruinblast even you are hold down the key.

same thing happens to tapping ruinblast->stormbind -> ruinblast -> stormbind(hold down 2 second) then let go, you will see even you didn't press any key, stormbind is still channelling.

This happens to both the regular Stormbind and the Stormbind of Teleportation.

Please fix this ASAP, I have a great build that should save this underuse skill, but this bug completely ruins it.

It only happen with predictive networking mode. No issue with lockstep
