Slashed Miscreations Spectres (Blade Vortex monsters) instance crash

Hello!

Just wanted to point out the fact that those blade vortex spectres make my instances crash (instant logout with all portals gone). I had 3 different maps crash when using them, one on a different day. I used 8 spectres, not sure of the trigger (always during combat might be when one reached low life / died but not sure). I just found a 2016 post saying the same thing about it happening when they die so it might be related.

The last crash happened after I verified the game file and emptied the cache folder.

I have no problem with other spectres. Not sure if relevant but I use pyroclastic mines of sabotage to give flat damage to their attacks (in case it's something to do with the mine auras that make something weird happen to them).
