Spawning ghosts crashing game

I have been playing poe for 3 years, I have experienced crashes before but not like in the last 6 hours.

I picked up the notable on the tree that has a 50% chance to spawn a ghost from picking up a corpse, whenever this triggers in a map my game freezes and either goes back to login screen or completely crashes.

I have been crashing on average 3 times a map for 5 maps of testing. I know it's the ghost interaction crashing it because of the unique strongbox that spawn ghosts also crashed my game, natural spawn ghosts seem to have cause 0 crashes for me.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU: Nvidia Gigabyte 3090
RAM: 32GB at 3200 MHz

Don't have recording software but will happily download some for proof if required
