Real Bug: Crash when taking TP with Omen in inventory; losing all Omens, playing low life build.

Hi,

Playing templar coruscating flask build:

For the second time:

- Finished a map with with several Omen dropped
- Taking tp to go back in hideout: crash
- All omen which trigger on 25% are gone !

same build same shit.

crashed 3 times, first portal out of map (t16 defiled cathedral) to hideout. second and third crash after relog trying to get into hideout from karui shores. then i unloaded my inventory in karui shores and noticed half my omens were gone. reentered and finished map from karui shores then.
