Can the Rogue Harbour finally be fixed please?

its been months now that the rogue harbour is full of graphical glitches, sometimes to the point that you cant read items and your life and mana bar disappears. Am I the only one having glitches in that zone? The Screenshot is still harmless the glitches can be way worse.
