Language selection.

I prefer to play in the English interface and have minor problems with the launcher. Every time I download a new patch, the launcher is loaded in Russian. if I select English the game still starts in Russian. I have to launch the game, close it, launch the launcher and again select the language I need. The Windows interface language is Russian, the default keyboard layout language is English.
