Game crashes on when clicking "login" or selecting character

hello, i have had problems for a while to sometimes get into the game. It normally crashes when i click "login" or selecting character and trying to join it. I've noticed it being connected to RAM. When it does crash in Event viewer for windows it shows what path of exile was biggest consumer of virtual memory. I'm not sure if this is a memory leak or what. Here is a picture of one of the times I have seen higher values than what's in the picture for path of exile.
Might be hardware issue, I'm not sure.

RAM --> 32GB ddr4 3200
CPU --> AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU --> AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
