The "Players are 100% delirious" map mod is saying exactly the opposite....its actually the map, not the player, or the map and the player...but no where does it say that the map is delirious....is should...so u know what u are buying / going into...

Not a bug. A player can only be Delirious if the map itself is Delirious. This has been the case since Delirium League.
