Why Can't We Get The Soundtrack!

I would really like to know why we supporters on console cannot get the soundtrack to this game like our pc breatheren do with their supporter packs. What is the harm in letting our accounts on this site be able to download the soundtrack? Our money is the same what is the harm I've purchased many full supporter packs & I would like the soundtrack so I can enjoy the flac quality on my phone where I go please!
