Latency BR Server

Hi, for a few days now I've been experiencing a lot of latency. My normal latency ranges between 54 and 67 ms but lately it does not go below 170 ms.

I've been having this same problem since about two weeks ago, and I've also made a thread about it here:

I still have no response from support, the ping varies from 40 to 150 all day

Ok guys, first off there's no way GGG doesn't look at these high ping/latency threads. They are also probably aware that the majority of the Sao Paulo posts are related to a connection in the middle of the route.
Instead of just complaining of the issue with "same here" "me too" comments, give something to GGG or YOUR ISP to work with. If your ISP has a quality network/engineering team they will look into why you're having routing issues from your home to the end point and hopefully reach out to the responsible carrier. BUT, nobody is going to do anything if you don't have some sort of visual data to provide.
