Arcanist Brand's max projectile range affects minions despite 'Cannot modify the skills of minions'

Projectiles from Supported Skills have 4.8 metres maximum range

This stat on Arcanist Brand Support applies to minions from supported skills, even though the support states "Cannot modify the skills of minions". This is also inconsistent with its other support stats, which are not applied (or at least "Supported Skills deal 69% less Damage" isn't).
