NoMoreVendor Season Two !

I am excited to announce the release of the second season of the "No Vendor" league: NoMoreVendor Season Two.

As the name suggests, this league does not include any merchants. It appears that Kitava has an insatiable appetite and has even drunk all the fountains in every town! :)

Feel free to join us in this new adventure where you will have to do without the conveniences of merchants. It will be a true challenge for the brave exiles who dare to venture into it.

The league is set to start tomorrow at 8:30 PM Paris time. Make sure to mark your calendars and prepare for this thrilling challenge.

Can you explain more what No Vendor actually does and how it affects a league?

Does it mean every single NPC that has any type of vendor functionality is off?

So how do you get gems? Does this mean things like Rog are off?

Hey @Smoothglobal, the No Vendor mode brings a modification to the gameplay, especially in the early stages, as all merchants are unavailable (including gem vendors). However, you can still obtain choice gems through quests, if I'm not mistaken, unless I'm confusing it with Ruthless mode.

This mode encourages cooperation among players to try to build their characters.

As for recipes, they are also disabled, but if I remember correctly, there are still vendors available in Heist and Expedition.

The last season was a good experience; it lasted longer than expected, and people really got into it :)

Just to add to what you said, it also slows down progression just a little bit, which is pretty fun. Early on it makes getting any gem exciting, since someone may want it.
